Really Good Marketing Limited (“RGM”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Auckland, New Zealand, operated by Lloyd Evaroa. This policy explains what information https://reallygood.marketing collects, why, and what your rights are under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020.
Information we collect
What you give us directly. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and whatever you write in the message field.
What’s collected automatically. Like most websites, standard technical information is logged when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. This comes from two sources:
- Cloudflare, who host this site and provide standard request logs and bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form.
- Google Analytics, which we use to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device type). This sets analytics cookies in your browser.
The contact form also has a hidden spam trap (an empty field bots fill in but humans don’t see, and a check on how quickly the form was submitted). This doesn’t collect anything beyond what’s already in the form — it’s just used to decide whether a submission looks human.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.
- To detect and block spam or automated submissions.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything beyond what’s listed here.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to enquiries:
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to [email protected] by email.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and verifies the contact form isn’t being submitted by a bot (Turnstile).
- Google — provides site analytics (Google Analytics).
These providers process information on our behalf and may store or process it on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We only use providers with their own privacy and security commitments in place.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation, and are deleted when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To do either, email [email protected] or call 028 469 3534.
If you think we’ve handled your information incorrectly and we haven’t resolved it to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
